Maroon 5

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maroon_5
Maroon 5 is an American pop rock band that formed in Los Angeles, Calif. While they were in high school, lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist Adam Levine, keyboardist Jesse Carmichael, bass guitarist Mickey Madden, and drummer Ryan Dusick formed a garage band called Kara's Flowers, and released one album in 1997

After a brief period they reformed with guitarist James Valentine and pursued a new career as Maroon 5. The following year they released the album Songs About Jane, which had 4 major hits: Harder to Breathe, This Love, She Will Be Loved, Sunday Morning. It went gold, platinum and triple platinum in many countries. Throughout 2003-2005, Maroon 5 toured extensively, and during that time, 2 albums were released. In 2005, they won a Grammy for Best New Artist. In Sept. 2006, Dusick left the band because of constant touring injuries and was replaced by Matt Flynn. On Sept. 21, 2010, they released the album Hands All Over, with the major hit Moves Like Jagger.

Dusick's Departure (2002-2006)

During this time, drummer Ryan Dusick left the band from injuries he sustained from constant touring. Their first major tour was the 2002 Jeep World Outside, a summer festival with musicians like Ziggy Marley, O.A.R., Train, and Sheryl Crow. Valentine attended Berklee College of Music with John Mayer in 1996, where they made a relationship. In 2002, the 2 got back together at a Mayer radio appearance. In 2004, Mayer allowed the band to open for him., Over the next 3 years, the band toured nonstop, including visits to 17 countries. During this time, they toured with musicians like:

Michelle Branch, Nikka Costa, Vanessa Carlton, Graham Colton, and The Rolling Stones.

Other musicians they have performed with include:

Cowboy Mouth, Gavin DeGraw, Matchbox Twenty, Sugar Ray, Counting Crows, Phantom Planet, The Hives, Dashboard Confessional, Big City Rock, The Like, Simon Dawes, Jason Mraz, The Thrills, Thirsty Merc, Marc Broussard, The Donnas, The RedWest, Michael Tolcher, Guster.

Hands All Over (2010-present)
Their 3rd studio album, Hands All Over, was recorded in Switzerland, with the help of producer Robert "Mutt" Lange. The first single, Misery, was released on June 22, 2010. And Christina Aguilera was on hand to help with their new single Moves Like Jagger. She should know how to do music like Jagger considering she sang with him at the Stones 2006 concert in New York. In this video, Mick, and I mean the REAL Mick supposedly makes an appearance in the video. Most of the Mick lookalikes are actually girls with their hair cut like his and dressed like him from previous concerts, such as 1972, 1981, 1969, etc.

Last time I checked, Mick didn't have tattoos, although that would be HOT!!!!! LOL!!
