Early Life
-Daughter of music promoter and rock entrepreneur Don Arden and his wife Hope shaw, an Irish Catholic
-She is the wife and manager of Black Sabbath front man Ozzy Osbourne and together they have 3 kids: Aimee, Jack, Kelly








Career
-Met future husband Ozzy Osbourne at age 18, while working for her father Don Arden at a Black Sabbath concert.
-After approaching the Lollapalooza music festival with the thought of having her boyfriend's band Black Sabbath play, she was turned down, Black Sabbath was considered "uncool".
-So she launched a music festival called Ozzfest. And she pulled the plug on Iron Maiden 3 times in one set.
-She branched out and created her own music management company, Sharon Osbourne Management. They managed such artists as Motorhead, Gary Moore, Lita Ford, The Smashing Pumpkins, Coal Chamber.
-From 2004-2007, she was a judge on the UK version of The X Factor.
-On June 5, 2007, she became a judge on America's Got Talent. On her first episode of the show, her and fellow judge Piers Morgan got into it. She felt he judged a child contestant too hard. And things got cleared up and she stayed on for the 4th, 5th, and 6th seasons
-On Oct. 18, 2010, she began appearing on the TV talk show The Talk

Personal Life
-She also lent her voice to a character in Garfield: A Tail of Two Kitties
-On April 1, 2010, she and daughter Kelly Osbourne joined Cyndi Lauper in the launch of her Give a Damn campaign to bring awareness of discrimination of the LGBT community as part of her True Colors Fund. The campaign to bring straight people to stand up with the gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender communities together and stop discrimination
-In July 2002, she was diagnosed with colon cancer. But in August 2004, she founded the Sharon Osbourne Colon Cancer Program at Cedars Sinai Hospital  in Los Angeles.
