-Peter Parker is a nerdy, shy high school student who was orphaned as a child and also happens to have a crush on his pretty next door neighbor Mary Jane Watson. One day, while on a field trip to a science lab, where there are various breeds of spider, a genetically mutated spider bites Peter Parker and later that night, he begins to have weird feelings.
-In the morning, when he wakes up, he notices he is more physically well-built and also that he can see. He is able to shoot webs from his hands, crawl walls and possesses all the abilities of a spider.He decides to become a superhero and call himself Spider-Man.
-Meanwhile, an eccentric millionaire named Norman Osbourne is trying a new performance enhancing drug on himself. But it has dangerous after effects. It has him developing an alter ego, which has him becoming a villain, The Green Goblin. It turns into war between Spider-Man and the Green Goblin
