-Aerosmith front man Steven Tyler falls off stage in Sturgis, South Dakota

2003
-Justin Timberlake and Christina Aguilera postpone several of their concert dates because of a lighting issue before their Atlantic City, N.J. tour stop

2000
-James Brown is arrested for sexual harassment and also his head of security is arrested in connection to   a fire that destroyed Brown's Augusta, GA offices

1998
-The Rolling Stones perform their first concert in Russia, even in driving rain, for a crowd of 70,000 during the European leg of their Bridges to Babylon tour.

1992
-Axl Rose walks off the stage after only 55 minutes during a concert in Montreal at Olympic Stadium after complaining of a sore throat. The 53,000 fans who came to see them and Metallica riot

-Less than 3 months after "With or Without You" goes to #1 on Chart Topper's Hot 100, U2 rises to the top of the charts once more with their hit "I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For", from their album The Joshua Tree

-Keith Richards guest appears on Phantom, Rocker & Slick's My Mistake, which is a song. As payment, he gets an iconic leopard-skin coat

-Metal/punk band The Plasmatics get into trouble with the London police after being told they can not detonate a car onstage at the Hammersmith Odeon in London

-People think Paul McCartney is dead because he is the only one barefoot on the Beatles album cover Abbey Road.

-The Beatles write their Revolver album

-The Rolling Stones' debut album, "England's Newest Hit Makers" goes to #11 on the US charts. It features their cover of Buddy Holly's "Not Fade Away" and Muddy Water's song "Come On"
