Did You Know?
-When Bomb Voyage attaches a bomb to Buddy Pine, it foreshadows what happens later, when he becomes Syndrome and his cape gets attached to a plane propeller
-The Parr family's car resembles a 1950s Nash. While Bob Parr's new car is a combination of a 1960s Jaguar E-Type on the front, the hood having a logo that resembles the one for car company Lotus, and the back end from a 1963 split window Corvette
-The first Disney/Pixar film to include a nuclear family (mother, father, children)
-There are many resemblances to another family of super-heroes: The Fantastic Four in here. Bob Parr (Mr. Incredible) has super strength like Ben Grimm (The Thing), Helen Parr (Elastigirl) has stretch powers like Reed Richards (Mr. Fantastic), Violet can turn invisible like Susan Storm (The Invisible Woman), baby Jack Jack can turn himself into a human flame monster like Johnny Storm (The Human Torch)
-Frozone's after shave is Hai Karate, an actual aftershave brand from the 1960s/1970s
-Samuel L. Jackson was cast as Frozone because Brad Bird wanted the character to have the coolest voice
-Attending Helen and Bob's wedding in order: Gazerbeam, Edna 'E' Mode, and government agent Rick Dicker sitting in front row, Dynaguy, Stratogale, Thunderhead, and Metaman in the pew behind them
-The sound effect of the flying saucers over the ground are the sounds of a muffled Indy car
-When Frozone starts skating, his moves are based off Olympic gold medalist Shani Davis
