-She's back!! Las Vegas' favorite tattoo shop owner/tattooist/investigator Brett Kavanaugh is once again investigating crime, much to the detriment of her older brother, who is a Las Vegas Police Officer. A man dressed like Dean Martin is found in the back of Kavanaugh's Ford Mustang, with a tattoo machine power cord and clip around his neck. To aid her in the investigation, she calls upon her good friend and rival Jeff Coleman, owner and proprietor of rival tattoo shop Murder Ink.
