He's one of my favorite comedic actors. He always seems to do an Irish or Scottish accent and it ends up being hilarious

-He became good friends with comedian Neil Mullarkey while performing in the English comedy group The Comedy Store Players. -His father Eric died on actor Joe Son's 21st birthday. Joe Son would appear in Austin Powers International Man of Mystery as Random Task

-He shortened his name from "Michael" to "Mike" to avoid confusion with the iconic serial killer of Halloween fame. He said in an interview that he was unaware of the Halloween films and when people kept making jokes and references to his name being the same as the Halloween killer, he was made aware of the similar name situation
