Plot
-In Long Beach, California, car theft rates went down 47% since Randall "Memphis" Raines went to prison. He gets pulled back into theft when he takes the job his brother Kip messed up. In order to save his brother from British car broker Raymond Calitri, he must steal 50 exotic cars and put them on a container ship by 8 am on a Friday morning. And he receives the news on a Monday.

-And to make matters worse, Memphis now has the Long Beach Police on his tail tracking his crimes. In order to save his brother, he assembles his old crew and they get to work.  His brother managed to mess up after breaking a contract with a Russian crime figure to deliver exotic cars.
