I love these cuddly-looking little guys. They're like the adorable, big nosed teddy bears of Australia!
I'm a girl born in the wrong decade. I belong in the 1960s or the 1970s in my opinion. I bleed tie dye, my theme music is anything 1960s rock or 1970s rock or metal. I'm a hippie through and through. But also a hippie who loves old metal music. I believe that violence never solves anything, so why resort to it to solve problems? With all the wars the world has seen, there should be a clue somewhere in there!

Long Weekend prelude
It's official! When the Riverfest thing starts, I get to sit on my porch and enjoy watching the parade of SOBER idiots walking down to Riverfest. My little sister gets to close up early at Schneider's Sweet Shop because her boss Jack don't want all the drunk, half-crocked hammered morons coming in and starting trouble! Then I get to watch all the DRUNK morons coming home! Did I happen to mention my sister is officially becoming Wednesday Addams? She bought a set of baby Venus flytraps and has begun naming them, starting with Daisy! How I end up with the unique family!

Unique Family
Guess what? You ever seen the movie The Addams Family? The little girl Wednesday Addams? My sister has officially made a step closer into becoming her! Last night, she hoped to get some batteries for her rechargable batteries, but they were too expensive so she found something better-- a Venus Flytrap! They were selling baby Venus Flytraps in the floral department there and she bought one! She has gone as far as naming them! She named one Daisy, and she had a barrel of fun feeding it ants and flies! She thinks they are such cute plants!
