Filip 'Chibs' Telford, an Irish biker whom Jax met while in Belfast. Here are some facts that people may or may not know about this
actor. Some people think he's handsome; others maybe not so much. I think he's handsome. He has a handsome accent. And even with his facial scarring, it's his trademark; makes him who he is. I don't think it's ugly on him like some would. He couldn't help that he got the scarring. And besides, he looks good with it along with the grey hair; he makes it look good ;)
