Some of My Favorite Rock Bands/Other Bands

I really have been hanging around my stepdad too much!!!!!!

-British-American band formed in 1976 by former King Crimson member Mick Jones and Ian McDonald.
-Consists of Mick Jones, Thom Gimbel, Jeff Pilson, Kelly Hansen, Michael Bluestein, Lou Gramm
-Kelly Hansen is the 3rd lead singer they have had, with Lou Gramm and Johnny Edwards as predecessors
Judas Priest. I know they're more metal obviously, but their music is good
-Heavy metal band from Birmingham, England that formed in 1969
-Consists of Ian Hill, Rob Halford, Glenn Tipton, Scott Travis, Richie Faulkner
-Has gone through several drummers over the years
Def Leppard
-English hard rock band formed in 1977 in Sheffield
-Consists of, since 1992, Joe Elliot(vocals), Rick Savage(bass guitar), Rick Allen(drums), Phil Collen(guitar), Vivian Campbell(guitar)
-This is the longest-standing lineup for the band
-English rock band that formed in 1967
-Consists of Phil Collins, Mike Rutherford, Tony Banks. Past members include Peter Gabriel, Anthony Phillips, Steve Hackett
-Their concerts are theatrical level events
Maroon 5
-American pop rock band out of Los Angeles, Calif.
-Consists of Adam Levine(lead vocals, rhythm guitar), keyboardist Jesse Carmichael, bass guitarist Mickey Madden, drummer Ryan Dusick

Motley Crue

-American glam metal band that formed in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania
-Most of their success was in the mid 1980s to mid 1990s
-Their lead singer, Bret Michaels, is really cute!!!
Bon Jovi
-American rock band from Sayreville, New Jersey that formed in 1983
-Consists of Jon Bon Jovi, Richie Sambora, David Bryan, Tico Torres, Hugh McDonald
-Their 2000 hit, It's My Life, introduced them to a younger audience

Deep Purple
-English hard rock band formed in Hertford in 1968. Along with Led Zeppelin and Black Sabbath, they are considered to be among the pioneers of heavy metal and modern hard rock
-In Guinness Book of World Records, Deep Purple is said to be the loudest pop group.
-They have gone through many line up changes
-Irish rock band formed in 1976 in Dublin, Ireland
-Consists of Bono, Larry Mullen Jr, Adam Clayton and The Edge
-Most of their songs have Catholic imagery in them
-American country music duo consisting of Jennifer Nettles and Kristian Bush
-Stuck Like Glue is one of their more popular songs

-Consists of Gary Rossington, Rickey Medlocke, Johnny Van Zant, Michael Cartellone, Mark Matejka, Robert Kearns, Peter Keys
Lady Antebellum
-Consists of Charles Kelley(lead and background vocals), Dave Haywood(background vocals, guitar, piano, mandolin), Hillary Scott(lead and background vocals)
-The band made it's debut in 2007, as guest vocalists on Jim Brickman's single Never Alone
-Formed in 2006 in Nashville, Tennessee
